Our Mission
To provide safe and reliable pest control services to the highest of standards across London & Kent whilst giving back to charities worldwide in support of a sustainable planet
About
“I only hope that we don’t lose sight of one thing, that it was all started by a mouse.” Walt Disney
At PestGone Environmental, we come to work every day because we want to help people and businesses by ridding them of their non-paying guests (pests). Having helped countless people and organisations in the past from all walks of life when serving in the military, we see no reason for stopping now. As well as helping our customers, we give to charities around the globe in places that resonate with our vision of a cleaner more sustainable planet.
Not only well trained pest controllers, we are also qualified tradesmen having studied and practiced our relevant trades serving in the British Army, Royal Engineers. This means we adapt and resolve various problems in ways others may not. Our technicians are friendly, likeable and flexible. If you’ve tried some of the big names in our industry in the past, we think you’ll be cheerfully surprised by our approach and our results. And we are all DBS-checked and have nationally-recognised pest management qualifications.
PestGone Environmental is a small and young company, but we’ve already won an industry award for our services. We aim to deliver exceptional support and we never hire anyone who falls short. We understand how much your home or business matters to you because we know how much ours means to us.
PestGone Environmental is based in Forest Hill and we treat for all pests great and small in London.
How we work
Every job starts with a survey to find the cause and the way in. You get a fixed written quote before any work starts, and any price we give a household includes VAT. Then we treat, and show you how to stop the problem coming back.
We work for homes, landlords and businesses across London, with a long list of neighbourhoods in South East London around Forest Hill, Honor Oak, Brockley and Dulwich. The areas we cover page lists every neighbourhood page we have, grouped by borough.
Our story
PestGone Environmental was set up by Mark after his military service, bringing the trade skills he learned in the Royal Engineers to pest control.
In 2017 the company won Best Pest Control Company, Greater London, at the Facilities Management Awards.
In 2023 Mark was a candidate on the BBC's The Apprentice, which we wrote about at the time in our news post.
Today PestGone Environmental is part of JG Pest Control, part of the Tyro UK Group. The PestGone name, website and phone number carry on, and so does the way we work.
What customers have said
I contacted PestGone as I had a sudden infestation of flies and they were able to come and fumigate the house the following day. The problem seems to have gone but they make a second visit included in the cost if necessary. They also provided a very useful treatment and health and safety report. The company was easy to contact, easy to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary.
On time, and stand by their work. We had ants on two sides of the house, treatment seemed to work, but 1 months later there were some returns on one side; there was no issue coming back to treat again. Glad we used them, and is our go to in future
Very happy with the service provided by PestGone. We had an issue with mice in our property. The technician was always on time, and did a thorough examination. He listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately.
